YOU WILL NEED FOR 1 BOX (5 SERVINGS)
2 CUPS WATER 2 TBSP BUTTER 1/2 CUP MILK

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS
PREHEAT oven to 450°F. In an ungreased 11 quart casserole, COMBINE 2 cups boiling water, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup milk, sauce mix and potato slices.
BAKE uncovered about 25 minutes* or until top is light brown and potatoes are tender. REMOVE from oven (sauce will thicken upon standing) and LET STAND for a few minutes before serving.
*Bake 5 minutes longer for a more golden brown top and softer potatoes.

STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS
COMBINE 2 cups hot water, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup milk, sauce mix and potato slices in a 2 quart saucepan. HEAT over high heat just to a boil, STIRRING frequently; carefully watch heat to avoid boil-over.

REDUCE heat; cover and simmer about 15 minutes, STIRRING frequently, until potatoes are tender (sauce will thicken as it stands).
