BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF THIS FLATBREAD NEEDS TO REACH 165°F AS MEASURED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER. MAKE SURE YOUR FLATBREAD IS COOKED THOROUGHLY BY CHECKING THE TEMPERATURE IN SEVERAL SPOTS. FOR PROPER FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.

PREHEAT OVEN - COOK BEFORE EATING - DO NOT MICROWAVE. IF FROZEN, THAW COMPLETELY UNDER REFRIGERATION BEFORE BAKING.

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 450°F. REMOVE FLATBREAD FROM PACKAGING.
2. PLACE THAWED FLATBREAD DIRECTLY ON CENTER RACK OF PRE-HEATED OVEN. DO NOT BAKE FLATBREAD ON CARDBOARD TRAY.
3. BAKE FOR 10-12* MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND EDGES ARE GOLDEN BROWN.
