Cooking Instructions:

Cook from frozen to internal temperature of 160°F for food safety and quality. Do not microwave.

To Pan Fry: Heat 1/8-inch oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Place Schnitzel in skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.

To Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Place Schnitzel in fryer and cook 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.

Ingredients: Beef Patties (beef, water, spices (including black pepper), salt, canola oil (as a processing aid, not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking. Breaded with: enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, salt, soybean oil, barley malt extract, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, yeast. Battered with: water, wheat flour, corn starch, salt, whey, egg whites, leavening (sodium bicarbonate), paprika, extractives of paprika. Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg.
