PREPARATION INFORMATION:
YOU WILL NEED:
2 cups milk
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded (or substitute with your favorite)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F.
2. While oven is heating, place potatoes in medium size pot and cover with water (about 4 cups), bring to a boil and simmer for 7 minutes. Drain well.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine milk and seasoning packet and stir to blend. Stir in cooked potatoes and shredded cheese.
4. Pour into a greased 8x8 baking pan and spread evenly. Place butter pieces evenly over top of potatoes.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
