Ingredients:
1 cup Friendly Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
1½ teaspoons Stonemill Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Baker's Corner Powdered Sugar
Instructions: With an electric mixer, using the whisk attachment on high speed, combine ingredients for 2-3 minutes, or until desired peaks form.
Tip: Place the whisk attachment and metal bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes prior to preparing.
