HOW TO USE: Deliciously crispy, easy to prepare Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Sticks are great in tacos, piled on a sandwich or tossed in a salad.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS* KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Thawing is not recommended - cook from frozen.
AIR FRYER: 10-11 mins. Set air fryer temperature to 400°F. Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 15-17 mins. Preheat to 450°F. Place frozen fish sticks on a parchment lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Flip fish sticks halfway through cook time.
*Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully "boneless" product. As with all fish, however, occasional internal bones may still be present.
