HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

MICROWAVE (1200 WATT): Microwave heat times may vary depending on oven wattage. Remove lid, pierce film and microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Allow to sit 1 minute before serving. Remove film carefully.

STOVE TOP: Pour chowder into a 2 quart sauce pan and heat on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
