COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove fish from vacuum wrap, place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
Thaw fish in refrigerator overnight or until thawed.
For quick thaw, place the fish in a bowl of cool water and thaw under cool running water for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not refreeze after thawing.
HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Fish may be baked, pan fried or broiled. Keep frozen; thaw fish prior to cooking. Do not refreeze after thawing.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F):
BAKE:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place fish in an oiled baking dish and season to taste. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes when pierced with a fork.
PAN FRY:
Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season fish to broad entry for 4 to 9 minutes, turning once, or until fish is golden brown and crispy.
BROIL:
Preheat broiler. Season fish, then place pan containing fish 4 or 5 inches from heat and broil 6 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fillet or until fish flakes when pierced with a fork.
For best taste, use within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze after thawing.
While every effort has been made to remove the bones from this product, due to the manufacturing process, incidental bones may remain.
