HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°F. OPEN POUCH OF BEEF CHÂTEAUBRIAND AND POUR CONTENTS INTO AN OVEN SAFE DISH. PLACE IN THE CENTER OF THE OVEN AND HEAT FOR 20-22 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN, COVER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 5 MINUTES. SLICE THE BEEF CHÂTEAUBRIAND AGAINST THE GRAIN AND POUR REMAINING JUICES OVER THE SLICES.

STOVE TOP (SIMMERING WATER):

FILL A LARGE POT WITH WATER AND BRING TO A LOW SIMMER. PLACE UNOPENED POUCH OF BEEF CHÂTEAUBRIAND IN THE WATER AND SIMMER FOR 18-20 MINUTES. DO NOT ALLOW WATER TO BOIL AFTER ADDING POUCH OF BEEF CHATEAUBRIAND. CAREFULLY REMOVE POUCH FROM WATER AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 5 MINUTES. CUT A SMALL CORNER OF POUCH TO DRAIN JUICES INTO A CONTAINER AND SET ASIDE. OPEN POUCH AND REMOVE BEEF CHÂTEAUBRIAND. SLICE THE BEEF CHÂTEAUBRIAND AGAINST THE GRAIN AND POUR RESERVED JUICES OVER THE SLICES.

STOVE TOP: CUT OPEN POUCH OF ROSEMARY GARLIC CREAM SAUCE AND POUR INTO A SMALL SAUCEPOT. STIR CONSTANTLY OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL SAUCE COMES TO A LIGHT SIMMER. DRIZZLE ROSEMARY GARLIC CREAM SAUCE OVER ' BEEF CHÂTEAUBRIAND AND SERVE. IF FROZEN, THAW IN REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT. HEATING TIMES MAY VARY WITH COOKING APPLIANCES.
