In an unexpected and delicious twist, cauliflower masquerades as potato in Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi. Truly Italian, these can be prepared by boiling, as they would be in Italy, air-fried, microwaved, or simply crisped on the stovetop in olive oil, butter or ghee. Either way, they are delicious with sauce or simply sprinkled with cheese.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: HEAT FROM FROZEN, DO NOT THAW.
PAN FRY (preferred method): Heat 1-2 Tbsp. oil or butter in sauté pan over medium heat. Add gnocchi and heat for 7 to 10 minutes. Season to taste or add your favorite sauce if desired.
AIR FRYER: Coat gnocchi with oil and place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Heat at 400°F for 13 to 15 minutes, mixing halfway through heating. Season to taste or add your favorite sauce if desired.
BOIL: Bring a medium sized pot of water to a boil. Add gnocchi and return to a boil. Heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until gnocchi float. DO NOT RINSE. Season to taste or add your favorite sauce if desired.
MICROWAVE (1200 watt): Microwave heat times may vary depending on oven wattage. Place gnocchi in a microwave safe dish and cover. Heat for 4 minutes. Gently stir the gnocchi. Re-cover and heat for an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Season to taste or add your favorite sauce if desired.
